This is a heavy duty tape dispenser. It weighs 5 pounds 7 ounces. Is 9" long. 3-1/2" high, and 3-1/4" wide. The dispenser is made of cast iron with a hollow metal spool in it that is 3" in diameter. The last picture shows an adjustable stainless steel tape cutter. Whatever enclosed the bottom is gone, but could easily be replaced. On the back is an old style Minnesota Mining& Mfg. Co.
