Trane RTU is 8 years old and in good working condition. We have been performing all the required maintenance on the unit for the last 8 years. Unit is 10 Tons or 120.000 Btu of cooling, and 200,000 btu of heat. This is a roof-top package unit that does both gas heat and electric cooling. Unit is 208/230 volt 3 phase power and is also a two-stage cooling unit which means it has two 5 ton compressors in it. Overall for being 8 years old the unit is in relatively good shape. And was in good working conditioning when we took it out of operation. Does not come with a roof-curb which will be needed for rooftop operation. Uses r-22 refrigerant and has no known refrigerant leaks at this time. There is no optional smoke detector installed. The unit manufacture date is 2006 and it saw only one year of service due to the building it served was remodeled and the unit was removed as part of the renovation.
