Up for bit is a McQuay 125 ton air cooled chiller model number ALS125AS27. The power requirements are 460 VAC. 3 phase, 274 amps min, 350 amps max breaker size, 60Hz. This unit was fully functional before it was taken out of service for an upgrade in July of 2006. Also the unit has been modified to cool at a capacity of 140 tons. One compressor was replaced in 2003 and all other maintenance has been completed by McQuay Service and documented. The chiller had been sitting outside on a slab since 2006 and I do not know if it will perform up to specifications because we have no way to test it. Sold as is and there are no returns accepted.
