Oliver Varislicer Model 2003
This is a used Oliver Varislicer model 2003. I bought this used. Rebuilt it and then used it in my business for 2 years until I outgrew it. The unit works fine, has some scratches and marks like most used equipment but overall it's a hard working and very reliable piece of equipment. Oliver is a great company, very helpful by phone. The unit will cut bread and probably other things as well in various thicknesses from 5/16" up to 1.5" in thickness. You can cut different sized slices from the same loaf, so it's very versatile as compared to other slicers with fixed slice widths. I recently had the blade sharpened so it's razor sharp. The unit is heavy and hard to ship but I will work with you to ship it if you cannot come pick it up(you pay shipping costs) I sell it for less than half of what I paid which is less than ... more1/3 the cost of new. so this is a great deal for a very powerful and useful slicer. I am selling it with no return because I just want it gone and have no room to store it. I don't want to deal with selling or shipping it twice so please don't bid unless you know what it is you're buying. You may come check it out if you wish, I can demonstrate it for you. This is a countertop unit, it does NOT include the cart that it is shown sitting on in these pictures.
