Rondo Bench Model Reversible Sheeter - New Belts
Not sure about the exact model number of this sheeter. But it's a Rondo. It's an older machine, but very solid- looked more solid to me than new machines in fact which is part of the reason I went with it. I had the sheeter refurbished from a dealer a few months ago and then my small bakery went out of business. It has new fluids and new belts and runs great. The belts measure approximately 28"L x 19"W. This is a 3 Phase machine. I have a just-about-brand-new Phase-A-Matic rotary phase converter that allows for full-power operation with a single phase electrical system. The converter is sold separately.

Empire dough moulder molder in working condition. This amazing machine can crank out baguettes. Sub rolls, buns, etc. in a fraction of the time required to complete the tasks by hand. Not sure of the age, but it was working when taken out of service. It was in storage for some time, so it will require a cleaning. The moving belts are all in working condition, although they do show wear from use and storage- there are no hole or tears that I can see in the moving belts. There is one stationary felt(where the dough emerges from the first set of rollers) that some tearing on both sides. I don't expect that this will affect operation at all as the dough is very narrow when it passes through this area. This can also be replaced easily because it is not a moving belt but a stationary piece of felt. As for the power requirements. I will load ... morepictures of the spec plates on the unit and the motor. I requires 220V, and it doesn't say whether it is single phase or three phase. Perhaps you can tell by the plug(see picture) I'm selling this as-is. It is very heavy. I was able to fit it in my Chrysler mini-van(seats removed) and I was able to load it and unload it with one other adult. It rides on a very sturdy stand(included) with casters. The location is in North Austin, Texas. I am fine with you paying someone to come and pick it up for packing and shipping. For a $50 fee, I could put it back in my car and take it to a shipping company of your choice in the area(I've shipped through Pak Mail of Cedar Park with good results before) but I'd like to do that as a last resort due to the size and the fact that I'll have to hire someone here to help me load it. This is a Houpt donut roller. It is marked on the metal(Houpt/2 3/4/Pat'd/Palestine. Ill. It is six-sided and each measures 2 3/4 inches. The metal has a patina that could be polished if desired. The wood handles are very nice with no cracks or wear. It has a steel rod inside and it rotates just fine. It measures 12 1/2 inches in length. It appears to be a very nice older well-made heavy duty roller.
