the cover and back has some dirt smudges on it. On the back of the front cover there is some writing that looks like part numbers. There is no other marks or tears. The manual measures 11 1/2 inches by 9 inches. There is a table of contents and an index. The pages are not number but by section. So there is at least 50 pages. It was copyrighted in 1964 by Deere& Company.

On back cover in right hand lower edge-TL 2-53 9000. We would assume the item to be from 1953 but not positive. As you can see if shows some use and wear-some scuffs edge flaking and signs of vermin damage. On grade scale of 10 we would give it about a 6 to 7 rating. Inside pages are all accounted for and show very little wear. Not brittle-one can easily leaf through without fear of damage. Item will be sent flat with two pieces of heavy cardboard for protection.
