This is a made in USA quality unit I bought new 4-5 years ago and it has been used 4-5 times. It works fine and the 120 volt supply is a big plus. The reason I'm selling is it does not have the capacity I need. I have replaced with a larger 240 V unit. Included are: Helmet. Ground cable/clamp, extra tips and 3 manuals, one in Spanish. The helmet is in good working order but has a small patched crack on the rim. Specs are:120v input, secondary outut 18.5 Volts at 90 Amps. Duty cycle 15% at rated output. Linde Sigmette ST-4 Mig Spool Gun and Controls
Ex-military 1960's vintage Linde ST-4 mig spool gun with control and contactor boxes. Connecting leads and 50 feet of gun lead. Was made to run off any DC welding power source CC or CV by flipping a switch in the control box. Motor runs and feeds wire when using the inching switch on bottom of handle but will not feed wire for welding when using the gun trigger. Contactor and gas solenoids function as they should. Nothing has been tampered with or molested in any way. All original. This equipment was stored outdoors by mistake, and a small amount of water got into the control box, so there is some corrosion on the connections. Some cleaning is in order. The contactor box is perfect. I used this equipment for several years when I was starting into business and it worked very well running it off a Lincoln SA200. I'm selling it for"parts ... morenot working" although it worked well previously, but is not working correctly now. I believe it can be brought back to life without too great of effort. Because it was made for the military, it is of top shelf quality throughout and probably overly complicated for what it does. I've heard that the ST-4 gun was Linde's crowning achievement in spool gun technology in that day. It is definitely well built and precision made. All the leads and hoses. etc. are pliable and supple. The whole package is quite heavy, weighing about 110 pounds. There is a control box, a contactor box, connecting leads and cables, the gun and 50' leads. No flowmeter included. It needs an extension on the arc voltage sensing wire(the original has been cut off near the control box) and a clip to connect to the work side of the circuit. I will include something for that purpose but it won't match the original wire or clip. The gun is set up for 3/64" aluminum wire and has a nearly new contact tip. At one time I had the military T/M manual for this unit. If I can find it, I will include it as well. Will box to minimize size, and will ship at actual costs. Thanks for looking!

This is a Mig welding gun pull type. I used this on my Hobart CCCV suitcase machine. It has a twenty- five foot lead. The gun I used only for aluminum welding. It has a Teflon liner for aluminum. It works great for a push pull system. It has been in storage fro about 8 years now, but it works as it should. It comes with a 4 pin plug that can be changed if necessary. Lincoln Magnum spool gun. K487. This gun is in very good condition and has less than two hours of use. It's the real deal. And not one of these $300.00 junk guns. This is the gun professional welder use for production work. It comes ready to hook up to a lincoln 255 wirematic, but can be adapted to almost any mig welder. Works perfect. Great for aluminum welding. It comes with 25 feet of hose, and you can have it up and welding in less than 10 minutes. Only thing wrong is a few overspray speckles of paint on it, and the hoses have some stains on them from being stored on my welder for about six months. Works like a champ. Very little use(as is evident from photograph) I won a Tweco gun and that is the only reason I removed it. Save a few bucks here. About me and my stuff: Since 2000. Miller Spoolmatic 30A W/ WC24 control modual
This is a great deal for a spoolmatic 30A with the WC-24 control module. I have only used this 3 times for one job. The spoolmatic 30A can weld with aluminum. Stainless steel and mild steel applications. The WC-24 control module is used with the 30A to connect to other power sources such as the Miller XMT 304, Miller Trailblazer and ext. I had purchased both units last year for $1598.00 and had no problems. This package is in great shape and very little wear. No cracks or cord cuts.
