Belshaw Automatic Donut Fryer Model Mark II. It works great. Is clean and can really crank out the donuts. You can adjust the size of the donuts as well. It comes with a turntable where the donuts fall into so they will not stack up onto each other. It also allows them to cool down. It also comes with a siphon tube that attaches to the side so you can drain the grease easily when cleaning. It is very helpful! BUT THATS NOT ALL.it ALSO comes with it own ventilation hood with fire suppression system. When I got it all components worked but I have replaced any thing that was worn. I did not repair anything but replaced with factory parts from Lil' Orbits. Mainly it was the paddle wheel and sprocket that turns it. These machines are made very very well and are actually guaranteed for life to the original purchaser so there wasn't a lot to do except check all of the functions.
