I purchased this nearly new C-100 Belshaw fryer along with its matching C-100 proofer in 2005. They have been in storage ever since-they came out of northern calif-probably a Costco-it looks like they were used at the most 1 year and never cleaned-I'm keeping the C-100 proofer but I put a photo of its digital panel to show how perfect both pieces are. I think the conveyor would be a perfect fit-the proofer has teflon trays with the cleaning brush which should show their newer age-This is a no reserve auction so good luck

Used BELSHAW Donut fryer 18"x 26" electric donut machine
I am offering this used Belshaw donut fryer. Its a 18"x26" electric fryer requiring 3 phase power. This is in working condition. I personally tested all functions of the fryer last week in my shop. Elements heat up quickly as they should, on/off switch functions correctly, and most importantly the thermostat is working correctly. The lid does not have the support bar on the top, you will need to fabricate one or purchase one. This simply holds the lid open during donut removal,but the fryer can be used as it is. The drain knob functions correctly allowing the oil to be drained from below. As you can see, no filter is included. I do not have a screen for the unit, but I am including the screen lifter. If you have been considering adding donuts to your bakery. This is a cost effective way to get into the game! Save thousand$ by purchasing ... morea used fryer such as this one. This is a Lucks model E1826G donut fryer This is an electric fryer Takes 17" x 25" screens Comes with a Belshaw type B dropper. In good shape, and the swing arm and mount. The fryer works great. And has a new thermostat, but there is a few missing parts, that make it incomplete but still fully useable. It is missing the hinge rod for the hold down screen, as pictured, and it is missing the lid support rod, which rests on a peg on the outside of the body when you open the cover, and holds the cover flat so it can be used as a work surface when the fryer cover is open, also in the picture. As it is the cover still operates fine, it just rests open, without the support you can't really use it as a work surface though, or it would likely break the hinges over time.
