This conveyor can heat and glaze between 50 to 75 dozen donuts per hour. Frozen donuts must first be thawed in a proofer at 105 degrees Fahrenheit. The donuts can be held in the proofer for up to 5 hours before processing through the TG-50. After thawing and holding in the proofer the donuts are placed on the conveyor and coated with 1/8" glaze. Belshaw Donut Frier 718LFG & HG18C glazer, w/ (36) 17x25 glaze screens
We have here a Belshaw donut setup. Consisting of a 718LFG fryer and HG18C glazer. I bought these at the closing auction of a grocery store here in Lincoln. I don't have the gas line to test the fryer, but I was told they were in use a couple weeks before the auction and are in good working order, and I'm selling them that way. The fryer has a plastic bag covering the tank lid, I presume to keep it somewhat free of shortening mess. I think the electric line for the fryer is just for ignition of the natural gas, although an LFG model technically does not require one according to the website. I'm not sure if it's 120 or 240v, but it's definitely single phase. It does*not* come with a shortening tank- normally this would go under the fryer. IN ADDITION you get*36* glazing trays, which are easily $500+ in value by themselves. ... moreThere appears to be two types; flat mesh stainless ones, and wire mesh ones. They're in plastic bags, and many still have shortening stuck to them, so I'm just leaving them in the bags. I do have a model F depositor. But I did not get the bin or arm with it. They may have sold those parts with other stuff- at the time of the auction I was not aware of the depositor and how it worked and what it should have included. So I'm selling the depositor separate, since it works but is incomplete. They will of course ship freight. One pallet each for the fryer and glazer. Feel free to ask for a quote.
