I am offering this used Belshaw donut fryer. Its a 18"x26" electric fryer requiring 3 phase power. This is in working condition. I personally tested all functions of the fryer last week in my shop. Elements heat up quickly as they should, on/off switch functions correctly, and most importantly the thermostat is working correctly. The lid does not have the support bar on the top, you will need to fabricate one or purchase one. This simply holds the lid open during donut removal,but the fryer can be used as it is. The drain knob functions correctly allowing the oil to be drained from below. As you can see, no filter is included. I do not have a screen for the unit, but I am including the screen lifter. Giles acquired the“Hol-in-One” Donut Co. from Graham Electric of Little Rock, Arkansas. This is for an old Gem Doughnut Machine Co. cake donut dropper. This is a complete working unit. There are a couple of chips on the top rim on the bowl; also there are a couple of chips out of the bottom. The donut former is attached to the bowl and is not removable like on a belshaw unit. It looks like it makes a small cake donut; the plunger is 1 1/2" across. Still has the original spacer for the top of the plunger. I am not sure if the wall mount arm is original; but it fits perfect and works like it should. This machine has been in storage for a long time. I did a little cleaning. But it could use a complete scrub down before use. The handle has had a repair in the past; but it is solid. It is missing the wood handle on the crank; it would be easy to replace. I priced this unit to sell fast. I would make a great starter machine or ... morea back up? This is a hard machine to find. I took lots of pictures please feel free to ask any questions
