Swivel locking base(works good) Sliding Pipe Jaws-Anvil Top-5" Jaw Length-Opens about 6-3/4" before coming apart. Height: about 7" Length: about 13" Anvil(only flat surface) about 2-1/2" at wide end. Big handle slides smoothly even with bow to it. Little lock handle is a little bent& dinged up though it also moves freely. This vise shows little use in all those years and no abuse. It has a partial label for the 5 year warranty as pictured. From 1946! This has a poker straight handle thats rusted. I was going to clean and paint this until I saw the label. This is tight no back n forth or side to side slop. It comes together perfect except for the loose jaw with gunk behind it. If I get this off and cleaned it will be perfect. I got this in a packed garage laying on the concrete rusting away. What a waste of American vise history. I seen it work, however since it is 3 phase, i have not hooked it up to my phase converter as i'm not sure which wires go where. I have a phase converter if you want to hook it up and see it work before you take it- so long as you know what you are doing. This drill press is extremely heavy. We can slide it into the bed of a pickup by resting one end of the table onto the tailgae, then removing one leg& sliding it in, then remove the other leg. Old Vintage Scout Vise with a 4 inch wide jaw that opens to handle stock of about 4 inches max. The vise has been cleaned and buffed with two coats of clear. The jaw teeth. Anvil top and parts of the slide are not painted. The lead screw has just a minimal amount of grease. The slide needs grease. This is a nice piece of history. But is only a light duty vise. You can bid with confidence as this Scout is in good condition for it's age. There is a 14 day money back, however the buyer is to pay the return shipping. The vise could be disassembled for shipping purposes. Thank you!

Used Palmgren angle vise needs repair
This is a well used Palmgren angle vice. It needs the aluminum angle slide locks replaced, they are damaged beyond use. The vice works other than that, but it is clearly well used.
