I think these are both Bernz O Matic but I am not sure. So please look at the pictures. One says O Matic that I can read and pat info and Rochester N.Y.It looks like the Berz part was drilled out for the metal insert. The other has no markings that I can see. However. They both have the exact same knob.I make no guarantee that they are. I know nothing about these types of items. They are from an estate sale.I am not an expert so please look the pictures over. Oxy Mapp Torch Kit
This was used only a few times. While I felt it performed okay for what it was. I ultimately decided that I wanted an oxy/acetylene setup instead. This includes the carrying case(which has an integrated tank stand) A striker, a few welding rods, and of course the torch itself. Please note that this ships without the tanks. To avoid shipping hassles. Mapp and oxy tanks are available at most hardware and building stores. One complaint about this setup is that the small oxy tanks do not last long at all. I have read that some have better results by substituting a larger Oxygen tank instead of the small portable one. I have not personally tried that. It has a 360 degree swivel tip and easy to clean orifice screws. Designed for use with both MAPP or Propane gas. It appears to be in fine working condition with no names or owners numbers on it.
