This probe came to me as new old stock with some other equipment. I opened the bags and had a look. But I have not used the probe and it is literally like new, with all included accessories also unused. The probe is a passive 50MHz design and will fit all Tektronix and other scopes that I know of. Included are probe holder. Probe, probe bag, alligator clip, IC tip, retractable tip, ground lead and identifier rings. These were $100 back in 1982. The equivalent of several hundred now. I would always recommend good probes like these over the cheap Chinese rubbish out there in the marketplace now. Buy with confidence.
