This is our personal machine from our now closed catering business. Model irc630. This machine is has a remote condenser which keeps all of the hot air outside instead of in your cooking area. For the eight years we have used this machine it probably gets used about 30 times a year. It has a 700lb capacity Follet bin and it can fill it in 12-14 hours! It is still hooked up here at our building and you are certainly welcome to see her in action. Once the machine is sold we will have the compressor pumped down by our hvac tech and secure all the lines correctly.
