Sawgrass quick connect bulk ink setup for Epson 1400 1430 dye sublimation
Up for grabs is an Sawgrass bulk ink setup for an Epson 1400 or 1430. There is no way to tell exactly but my guess would be there is about 25-35 mil's of ink left in each bag. The lines are purged and the cartridges are full. I believe each cartridge holds about 20mls of ink but you can check the Sawgrass website to confirm that. The only thing included other than what is in the photos is a set of the priming syringes that came with the kit. There are no paper instructions. The plastic holder for the tubing is not included. This system was taken out of the printer about 3 weeks ago. Only reason it was taken out of service was I went to a 24" wide format printer. These bulk setups can be tricky to get setup. Please go to the Sawgrass website and look at the system and instructions before bidding if you are not familiar with the system. ... moreThis setup cost me $1100 from Johson plastics this spring. It might also need print heads. About $4000. Does work on light shirts. The CMYK heads print fine with almost no banding. White is another story. Up for sale is a 3D Printer Z406 Rapid Prototyping System and its depowdering unit ZD4 from Z Corporation. The printer and its depowdering unit are in very good shape. The two unit came from a pharmaceutical company that shut down its lab and it was in a good working condition. I fully tested the depowdering unit and it is fully function with no problems. The Z406 3D printer also in very good shape and looks fully functional. It powers up and boots fine. the feed and build beds move up and down smoothly. All control buttons works and there is no error messages. the spread moves right and left and parks with no problem at all. Rubber Roller on Aluminum Shaft - 1.5 Inch Diameter and 0.5 inch shaft SET OF 2
TWO of the following description shipped together for one bid amount: One Rubber roller on removable solid Aluminum Shaft These are only lightly used if used at all. There is no visual wear on the rubber. The rubber is 20.25 inches long and 1.5 inches outside diameter. The rubber roller is mounted on an aluminum shaft that has a diameter of 1/2 inch that has a length of a little over 23 and 1/4 inches. The solid shaft extends past the rubber by 9/16 on one end and by 2 and 7/16 on the other end. The rubber is in great shape and has a hardness that is probably a little softer than a car tire but probably a little harder than the tread on a pair of converse atheletic shoes. Thought this might be able to be used on a letterpress but I have not looked into it. A letter press might require a softer rubber but I really don't know. Printing, material handling, etc. The rubber could be removed from the aluminum at put on a steel shaft or steel tube and used for heavy applications like rollers for boat trailers and lawn mower equipment. I think the rubber could be cut down to any length you would need. The rubber could also be used as a round bumper/ shock absorber for industrial use such as use with a pneumatic air or hydraulic cylinder/ actuator. The rubber is NOT molded to the shaft because I can twist the rubber and feel it slip on the shaft. There is a snap ring on shaft on each end of the rubber to keep it in place. I have not tried to remove the rubber roller from the shaft but I'm up for that if you want me to try. That way I could ship only the rubber or the shaft if you wish. Salvaged from some barely used industrial equipment. I actually believe the equipment was only tested and never put into service. NOT included are lightweight bearings that came with these. As mentioned we just don't have the business to utilize this machine. And like any ink jet printer. sitting idle requires more maintenance and cleaning. I have decided to cut my losses. We run a test print everyday and the CMYK is fine. The white ink tends to clog more and is more costly. So for now there is no white ink installed, just cleaning fluid in the white cartridges and lines. Our business is a full service embroidery, screen print, and digital sign shop, but the demand for the DTG printing does not justify the costs of supplies. We paid $35K for this machine about 1.5 years ago. I will also include a Geo-Knight heat press for setting the ink into the shirts after you print them. Heat pressing is required for DTG.
