This is a plus model from U.S Screen Print& Inkjet Tech. Prints excellent on dark garments with white ink. A gently used Ricoh GX e 7700n printer with the 13 x 19 bypass tray sheet feeder. Purchased from Conde Systems in the summer of 2013. The sublimation business didn't prove out for us. So we're liquidating equipment. We've used one set of Sawgrass Technologies Sublijet inks and one pack of 100 sheets of 13 x 19 paper through this printer. The ink cartridges are EMPTY! I see no point spending more money in new cartridges when this printer is hardly used. My loss is your gain! I have all the manuals that will be included. The"red" alert light is on ONLY because the ink cartridges have been removed. We are a screen printing business and used this to fill in for small orders. It works great but we are streamlining our business back to real screen prints. Shown is the DTG HM1 printer and the DTG Pretreat-R Gen II pre-treat booth. Both units are functioning and we are simply not using either unit enough to justify keeping them around. The printer has seen regular use and is currently being used in our shop. But the pretreater has been stored in a dry environment for 2 years with no use. DTG Kiosk 2 Printer + Parts - Tjet, Anajet
Up for sale is a DTG Kiosk 2 direct to garment printer plus extra new print head and parts. This printer is great for anyone who is wanting to start out in the direct to garment business. This printer has been well kept and is in excellent condition. 100% working. I did great business with this printer and I just upgraded to a newer model of printer and don't need this one anymore. I have been a certified dtg tech for many years so you can fell safe in knowing that this printer has been well kept. I refurbished the printer myself. Gave it a new paint job since top cover had scratches. You can paint it whatever color you want. The print head installed only has about 50 shirts printed and has been fully flushed out of any ink with cleaning solution. The print head has never gone more then a few hours of sitting with ink in it. I always ... moreflushed out the ink with the cleaning cartridges. Capping and pump assembly has been refurbished as well. As you will see in one of the pictures I stripped down the printer and cleaned it up. I also replaced the Epson engine just a few months ago with a newer one. You will see that the engine almost looks like new. Other similar printers on ebay are not 100% working and in most cases you will have to spend hundreds of dollars more in parts to get them working. Most cases the print heads are clogged and that is an expensive part. I do suggest to get some basic training in learning how to print and more importantly the maintenance of the printer. I can offer phone/email/skype support for you at an additional cost and I will make sure to train you on everything you need to know. What you see in the pictures is what you get. This is not a complete package that will allow you to start printing right away. You will still need to get some other items to start printing. Some you may already have. I have a used Quick T Print DTG Printer that I never got to use. When I bought it print heads were clogged and manufacturer would not fix their product. Printer works like it suppose to other that laying down a decent image due to print heads being clogged. I have Belquette ink. Cleaner pre-treatment that will go with printer. All 3 per-treatments have never opened, I only used enough ink to see if the printer was going to work, so they are still 95% full. I also have a Epson R1800 that can be used as spare parts. 2 Rubber Rollers on Aluminum Shaft - 1.5 Inch Diameter, 0.5 inch removable shaft
This is a special listing for TWO of the following: One Rubber roller on removable solid Aluminum Shaft These are only lightly used if used at all. There is no visual wear on the rubber. The rubber is 20.25 inches long and 1.5 inches outside diameter. The rubber roller is mounted on an aluminum shaft that has a diameter of 1/2 inch that has a length of a little over 23 and 1/4 inches. The solid shaft extends past the rubber by 9/16 on one end and by 2 and 7/16 on the other end. The rubber is in great shape and has a hardness that is probably a little softer than a car tire but probably a little harder than the tread on a pair of converse atheletic shoes. Thought this might be able to be used on a letterpress but I have not looked into it. A letter press might require a softer rubber but I really don't know. Printing, material handling, etc. The rubber could be removed from the aluminum at put on a steel shaft or steel tube and used for heavy applications like rollers for boat trailers and lawn mower equipment. I think the rubber could be cut down to any length you would need. The rubber could also be used as a round bumper/ shock absorber for industrial use such as use with a pneumatic air or hydraulic cylinder/ actuator. The rubber is NOT molded to the shaft because I can twist the rubber and feel it slip on the shaft. There is a snap ring on shaft on each end of the rubber to keep it in place. I have not tried to remove the rubber roller from the shaft but I'm up for that if you want me to try. That way I could ship only the rubber or the shaft if you wish. Salvaged from some barely used industrial equipment. I actually believe the equipment was only tested and never put into service. NOT included are lightweight bearings that came with these.
