Sure flame s405 dual fuel(Propane/Natural Gas) heater 400.000btu. Item is in perfect condition was in a national rental fleet and used very very little. I believe it still has the shop inspection tag as its ready to go back out for rent. You can switch gas types by rotating a valve its that simple. Very nice heater in excellent shape. I can't find where it has ever been used however. Since i am not positive i am marking it as used.
