3ttt mod.Record Regolabile(adjustable) Stem 22.2 quill. 25.4 clamp. Adjustment ranges from 100mm when fully extended to 45mm when the stem is shortest. This is a nice example of a rare and gorgeous Record stem manufactured by Tecno Tubo Torino in the early 1970's. This vintage stem functions as it should and has only minor flaws. Small defects include only small scratches and a small tear in a decal. A great addition to a vintage touring bike or retro-mod fixed gear.
