TIG Welder Footpedal ( Lincoln Amptrol K870 )
Pedal is used. But works very well. I've been using it for a three or four years on my old Thermal Arc AC/DC TIG welder, but its the wrong pedal for my machine. I need a pedal with the external pedal current adjustment knob for my Thermal Arc. The other issue is the electrical connector on the end of the cable. The connector shown in the photos is NOT included in the sale. When I got the welder. It was missing a connector on the Amptrol foot pedal. I could not find a suitable replacement ended up replacing both the plug on the TIG pedal and the socket connector on the faceplate of my welder with a Galco.com Fujikura/DDK series of connectors. So now, I need that connector back for my new thermal arc replacement foot pedal. I intend to cut it off of this one. You will have to find your own connector that matches your machine. Miller Maxstar 200 DX Tig Welder package No Reserve
Package includes welder. Ground clamp, tig torch with on off function and argon hose. I have used this welder and it works great. I received it in a trade but don't need a welder of this size and can't justify keeping it. It is in very good condition with some cosmetic wear but no know functional issues. The Tig Torch has an on/off button wired in that activates the power to the torch and starts and stops the gas. It does not have foot or finger amp control but the welder is capable of that and all that is needed is to purchase a finger or foot control for about 150 dollars if you need that functionality. Mac Tools DC Tig Welder
This is a Mac tools DC tig/ stick welder. 150amp, this welder retailed for around 1650 brand new which I think was high but it is comparable to the miller maxstar which is around 1100 retail new. It uses a sr17v torch for the tig function and it will include a few different collets and gas lenses to accommodate different thickness materials. A 0.04 in, 1/16, and 3/32 collet will be included along with a 4,5, and 6 gas lens. Argon regulator is included also. I have a few tungsten I will throw in also. Stick clamp is also included and pictured. Welder is small and light, about 15 pounds and has a carrying strap, you could easily throw it in the backseat and take it anywhere. Everything you need as far as the machine is included, all you need is gas and filler to start welding! Some clean welds can be made with this little welder in the right ... morehands! I've also never had the overheat light come on even while welding towards the top of the amperage range with stick or tig, your hands overheat long before the welder will. I have owned this unit since new and has very little use. unit always worked flawlessly however the other day I saw the blue LED flashing and turned the unit off. the next day the unit would not power up. I have bought a new much big unit as all I needed was an excuse.
