This is an early'90's machine that I bought several years ago(probably five) for a project. I had a tech from Mitsu install the machine and get it into factory spec. I never operated nor brought the dielectric system up to speed. The project never took off and I never used the machine. The machine has set idle since that time. It is still connected to power. But the back-up battery died and dumped the software. I have it on diskettes. I don't know if the machine is worth it to make operable or is just good for parts. Buyer will need to load. It is hooked up to a phase converter that is NOT included in the price. I don't know what it's worth and I have much MUCH more in it that I'm asking. Typical, right? Up for sale is a lot of tooling made by System 3R. I know nothing about this stuff. I bought a large lot of tooling from an aerospace machinist in Los Angeles. This was part of it. I am told it is all for EDM machines and top quality. There are 4 pieces of tooling in the lot. As well as a box full of what appears to be graphite for electrodes, and some misc allen keys and parts. The 4 main pieces of tooling are described as best I can bellow. Anything labeled on the piece is included in the description in"quotes" 1) Mini block. Labeled"Mini Block System 3R 321.46" 2) Some other sort of block similar to the mini-block. But with a semi round base. Labeled"System 3R" No numerical designation provided. 3) What I am told is an Electrode holder with an electrode still bolted in. Labeled"System 3R" No numerical ... moredesignation provided. 4) What I am told is an indicator holder. No visible label or numerical designation. 5) Additionally. There are numerous orange allen keys labeled"System 3R" and a small part I have no idea what is, or even if it goes with it, but it was in the same drawer, so it all goes. Items such as the patio table. Chairs, or other background things in the pictures are NOT included. Only what is described is included. I have no knowledge of these parts. I cannot test them. They appear to be in excellent condition. No visible damage that I can tell. However. What you see is what you get. Look carefully. These items are sold as-is. No returns accepted. Paypal only. System 3R Mini Compatible 4 Position 20mm EDM Electrode Holder CNC Gang Fixture. This is a very well made. What I am assuming to be, custom built fixture. It is non-hydraulic. Shanks are secured with a set screw and index snugly between dual mounted System 3R cam pins to allow for precise calibration, if needed. I indicated the surface of a system 3R check rule in each of the different locations. They seemed to all be off slightly by the same amount as if they were previously squared up individually after the unit was mounted to a machine. Allen wrench and 3R shank shown are not included.
