The motor has a switch and electrical box attached, as well as a mounting bracket. The shafts on the gearbox have been modified with a hole for a cotter pin or retaining bolt. Some damage to the square groove has occurred. The motors were used to extend and retract bleachers. And so had only intermittent use. I have several of these so ask me if you want more than one. In the back part has dents but the fan is not damaged. The dents will just need to be fixed. I did not test it because I do not have the experience to test it.
