Ohio(1920-1957 then taken over by Reliance) Can be wired for 115 or 230 Volts AC 7.4/3.7 Amps Single Phase. 60cycles 1725 RPM Tested at 120V and runs well. Came from a Early 1950s Delta 8" saw/ 4" jointer setup. Not sure if his was a motor offered by Delta or if the original owner bought it somewhere else. In any case. It is an extremely well built motor. It appears to have a reverse slide control in the brush compartment(see picture 11) But I haven't figured out how to slide it-it could be just stiff and i don't want to force it. This was wired directly into an electrical box, so no plug is supplied here, currently wired for 115/120V. You might also want to clean it out since it was used on a saw to generate saw dust. This rugged. Capacitor start motor provided many years of satisfactory performance driving a Craftsman 10" Tablesaw. I have had to move to The Old Folk's Home and must find new homes for my tools. This motor has two keyed shafts 1&7/8" long by 5/8" diameter. You can reverse the direction of the shaft rotation by rotating the motor 180 degrees. It turns at 3450 rpm which speed is very suitable/adaptable for many woodworking tools. You can change the operating voltage by reorienting a couple of wires in the motor. I'm having a senior moment and can't remember if it is currently set to run on 115V or 230V. In any event, it is an easy adjustment to make once you decide what voltage you want to run it on. This motor was used on my Rockwell drill press for about 6 months until I installed a VFD. It is in like-new condition and is perfect except for a few scuffs to the paint where it was mounted on my drill press. You won't be disappointed with it.
