This motor was installed new on our furnace fan in July of this year. We installed a brand new furnace in mid-September so this motor was used for a minimum of two months. Some of the technical stuff listed on the label for this motor include: S#316P759. RPM 1725; V 115; A 5.9, HZ 60; FR 48 Type S; SF 1.35. The pulley is 1/2" and 4" in diameter. The motor looks to have a 1/2" shaft. It was manufactured by Regal Beloit EPC, Inc. It does have a black/white wiring harness. There is no bracket with this motor.
