This is by far the nicest Vintage Craftsman motor I have ever had(and I've had a few! Model 115.7429 All I had to do is dust it off to show. It was used to power an old Delta Jointer. A bit of dirt and rust and wear but a real gem for its age! It is Ball Bearing Capacitor start 33450 RPM 115 Volts 60 cycle 7.8 amps Reversible It has an automatic shut-off if overheated. The motor appears to be in good condition and should work just fine. It has been installed in something and has not been tested but it doesn’t appear to have had much use. The motor is about 11 ½ inches long from end to end and about 10 inches tall from the mounting plate to the top of the capacitor. You are bidding on a 1.5 hp electric motor. It came off of an air compressor I used in my workshop. It was used primarily to power air tools. Inflate tires, and blow off parts. The compressor stopped compressing and the repair was too costly, so I salvaged the motor and bought a new unit. By the way, the new one isn't half the quality of the old one.
