The motor has a switch and electrical box attached, as well as a mounting bracket. The shafts on the gearbox have been modified with a hole for a cotter pin or retaining bolt. Some damage to the square groove has occurred. The motors were used to extend and retract bleachers. And so had only intermittent use. I have several of these so ask me if you want more than one.
