Up for your consideration is a used. But very good working banding tensioner. I recently cleaned and lube it up and it works great. There is nothing wrong with it. It is a very well built tool. I am unsure if it is made for steel or plastic, but I would assume based on its age, it is for steel. That is what I had used it for. I have since switched to a plastic banding kit, and it worked fine on that too. I don't know what the difference is between them. Anyway, shipping will be at actual cost. Shipping weight is 5 pounds. Everything you need to ship off boxes on a pallet(aside from a pallet jack/lift. Of course) This package includes a steel strapping dispenser/cart(loaded with about three-quarters of a roll of steel strapping) and tools for increasing the strapping's tension, sealing it, and cutting it. As a bonus, a second set of wire cutters is included, as well as a handheld stretch-wrap dispenser and three-plus rolls of stretch wrap for securing boxes to a pallet before strapping. All of these items were purchase new from Uline, except for the second set of wire/steel cutters. The starting bid of just $399.99 is quite low. As can be seen in the photos from the Uline catalog. Here you have a Signode PFH strapping tensioner. It will take 3/4' up to 1 1/4" Steel strapping. It is in used but not abused condition. Guaranteed to go to work for you. Out of a Blacksmith shop where it did more sitting around than anything else. It will clean up and look like new. Has dust and grease on it but it is not hurt even a little bit, heavy brass construction. If you want a new one go to Grainger web site and look for the 3XG92 model, this is the same one. it is Signode PFH, you can get it new there for $924.00 but now sure why you would want to do that, this one is a bargain at $375.00 but if you don't like that, make me an offer.
