WATTS Brass 1170-M2 Mixing Valve HOT/COLD Water USED #1
This is a WATTS 1170-M2 mixing valve. For mixing hot and cold water intakes to create a water temperature as desired. I'm no expert with these, so if you have any questions please feel free to ask. It was given to me by a friend to sell for him; he removed it from his house and in the process of cutting the pipes off put a pretty large nick in the rings on one intake(you can see this in the last zoomed image, at left) I suspect this might cause a bit of a leak if it is not filled in with something, or you may need to replace that fitting completely. There are also a few minor nicks on the other fittings, but I don't think they are enough to cause any problems. I have a second identical one also listed on eBay currently.
