Vintage 1960's(not sure year but must be post'63 because there is a zip code present) Used/Non Working Dayton In-Wall Appliance Timer with Original Box and Instructions also Dayton's Products Foldout. Dayton Electric Mfg. Co. Chicago. 15 amps. 125 v. 60 cy. Model 2E257. Please see all pics and zoom in for more information. This is being sold"as is/sold for parts" since the thumb switch is jammed and does not work- it has been turned in the wrong direction and broke or bent something inside. The problem seems to be centered around the shaft that turns via the thumb switch which in turn turns the lights on and off. I do not know if the other parts inside work or not. The obvious problem is the thumb switch but it may or may not be the only problem/part not working. The timer has been installed before but not put into actual ... moreuse as it did NOT work.
