Hello! Up for auction is a huge lot of 222 vintage sales tags. Each tag measures about 2.5-inches by 5.25-inches and reads"SALE" in orange type with black highlights. Each tag is a heavy stock paper. Thinker than regular copy paper, but thinner than regular cardboard. Each tag has a reinforced hole where a string can be tied and there is also a 3-inch slice in each tag, starting at the hole and going down the middle so that it could be placed over something. Antique Dimestore Woolworth's Price Tags Vintage 1910-1940 Huge Lot 5 and Dime
Here is a huge lot of old price tags. They are made of heavy paper. Some(very few) are two sided. I don't know where the dark blue shield ones came from but a lot of these came from old dimestores, like Woolworth's etc. I don't know how many are here but there are dozens and dozens. I've had them for a lot of years. There are even some that are slid into metal casings for displays on table tops and glass dividers. These are so much fun and bring back so many memories! All of this weighs approx. 3/4 of a pound.

Vintage paper sale tags, 1000 +/- count, red and white, original box
Item is a box of vintage paper sale tags. The were found in my in-laws' attic and I estimate that they are at least 50 years old. The box is marked as containing 1.000 tags. I have not counted them individually, but a rough count shows that there are close to the 1,000 that were in the box originally. One tag has been stapled to the outside of the box and is faded. The tags in the box are in excellent, never used condition. The word Raleigh is written on the box top, as can be seen in the picture.

Vintage Antique Dime Store Dry Goods Price Tags Original Box Old Store Stock NOS
This is an entirely full box of old tags for items that you would have found in a 5 and dime or a hardware store from years ago. Only a few show any wear at all. Most of them have not been used at all.They were also used in grocery stores when everything was marked by hand. The box is quite heavy and there is not much room for anything else. So I think they are all there but I didn't count them. They are in wonderful original condition. And in the original box they first came in. The postage will be 10.00 at LEAST. I will pay the difference if it is more.
