This is very stout with a 1/2 inch cast aluminum housing.The center line side fuse holder screw is Philips but the other two are straight so I suspect that someone might have changed it in the past. The screw in the center bottom fuse holder looks like someone might have touched it with a conductor while it was energized. All wire screws turn freely. I tested this switch with an ohm meter and found no grounds on any circuit point and the switch opens and closes correctly on all three phases. It has two 3/4 inch threaded hubs. One at the top and one at the bottom. The door will not open with the switch in the open position and you cannot close the switch with the door open as designed. The switch mechanism works great. There's no bulb or wiring in it, so I have no wat to test it out. But what's there is in great physical shape. Going by the bolt holes and the back side of the mounting flange, it looks to me like it may not have ever even been mounted to anything. So.
