Huge vintage lot of Reese's Interlocking adjustable stencils. Four sets are brass. I do not know the metal of the other 5 sets. Pictures 3-7 show the brass stencils. Picture#3 shows the boxes and one set without a box. Pictures#4-7 show the four brass sets. Largest to smallest. I am not sure how to measure these but the largest brass set has a 3" plate and the numbers measure 1 1/2" or 1 3/4" can not tell) The next largest brass set, plate is 2 1/2" numbers 1 1/4, next plate measures 2 1/2 long and the numbers measure 1" long, smallest brass set plate measures 2" and the numbers 1/2" Some of the boxes could be mixed up. I did not take out the grey metal letters. They are all just as I found them and have not been cleaned. Up for auction are 5 sets of stenciling letters and numbers.As you can see by my notes in the photos only 1 in the second photo is totally complete with the alphabet what else would have been in that particular set I can't say just that the letters are all there.In photo no. 3 this set appears to have never been used. But still someone managed to lose the E& F.In the rest of the boxes are many letters, numbers, blanks, and several specialty such as a dollar sign and a cent sign commas etc.All with the exception of the set in photo no.3 have been used some more so than othersPlease ask questions before bidding.
