Heidenhain encoder ROD 420-5000-01-03 Id.Nr. 295 281-7S "Tested" with 6' cable
Encoder most likely has no real wear on it because it was removed from a piece of high end printing equipment that lived in very nice environment away from any contaminants. Made in 2004 I think. Its unusual to find these with an undamaged long tail. There is no connector at the end of the cable, just pigtails. Works from 5vdc. I can include a very nice mounting bushing in second pix if you need one. You can have pix of the output from the thing on a storage scope. I have other encoders and all sorts of weird and wonderful electromechanical stuff for sale from time to time. Will ship to anywhere at cost. Shipping in North America is free for buy it now.
