This is the Star Panini Commercial Double Sided and Double Grooved Grill Working and very very clean for used equipment. We removed one of the handles to fit into the spot it needed to sit. The handle will be included in the package. I will also include the Spec sheets for easier reading. You will see use and wear but cleaned very well before storage and kept in a crate with sanitary moisture reduction bags. Flipping and turning takes time. With the double grooves there is no need to flip or turn your food. Plus it is easy to keep orders straight with the double lids. On the front you will see the two stainless steel trays. These collect the drippings they are easy to reach and empty. The black surface is a material and there is a small tear under the drip tray and this allows the black to be loose. This is an easy repair for the cosmetics. You will also see two different heat knobs, one for each side. This is very important too! In every restaurant you are preparing a variety of foods. This allows you to keep the sides at different temperatures so that you can be cooking both just right and at the same time. When you receive this item please plug it in and let it heat up. Clean it with warm water and then use a BBQ brush to coat with oil and let that cook off, wipe off with a grill brush and you are ready to use it for food.
