This is a PEAVEY NASHVILLE 1000 AMP- Serial No. 50373414. I purchased this amp new several years ago with the notion of using it with a pedal steel guitar. I had no idea that pedal steel was such a difficult instrument to play. I cowardly gave up on the pedal steel and sold it. I kept the Peavey because it is an awesome amplifier. Incredible quality of construction and plenty of power. The Nashville 1000 is no longer available. But here is a chance to own a legendary piece of equipment. It is the standard amplifier used by Nashville session pedal steel players, but it is versatile enough for rock, jazz, pop etc. The Nashville 1000 is rated at 300 Watts via a digital power amplifier(AKA Switchmode) which provides for a cleaner& faster response than the standard analog amplifier. The Nashville 1000 comes equipped with the Peavey 1501-SB(shallow ... morebasket) Black Widow Speaker. Which can handle a lot of power. The cabinet design of the Nashville 1000 is made of void-free plywood. Which provides for excellent tonal response. In comparison, most other amplifier cabinets were made of particle board material. Although durable, particle board produces more of a boxy sound compared to the tone spectrum capabilities of a void-free plywood cabinet. Fender Performer 1000 100W Amp Head
This 100W amp is very musical. The knobs are a little scratchy when turned so the pots should be replaced(I am selling it cheap to allow for that) Front of the amp has 2 channels. Ch1 has Volume. Mid Shift I/O button, Treble, Mid, Bass controls. Ch2 has Gain1, Gain2, Gain select switch, Treble, Body, Bass, and Volume. Main section has Reverb and Effects Mix Volume controls. Amp comes with a foot switch to switch between channels, gain 1&2, and reverb on/off. On back of the amp is a line output. Effects loop(I/O) with Low(16dBv) Medium(7dBv) and High(+4dBv) selection as well as two output jacks: one for 4 Ohms and one for 8 Ohms.

Currently there are 2 Ruby 6L6's installed(i was running it at half power so i could crank it up for some crunch) And all the preamp tubes. This is the Infinity HPS 1000 amplifiier that come off my subwoofer enclosure. This amp does NOT power up. It was taking longer and longer to power up when I shut off the power to this amp. Eventually the amp never powered on again and I don't know why. This is a very RARE subwoofer and amp. You don't see these every day. This amp pushes a 15" down firing sub with 2 passive radiators. This thing BOOMED when it was working. Check out the pictures for full details. All the boards are intact and unaltered. This amplier could be repair I am sure as I've seen this powering up issue is a common problem with the HPS 1000 and the HPS 500 I am parting out my entire HPS 1000 amplifier so let me know if you need other parts to this unit.
