ESTY PAC AMP MODEL 215 Same circuit/ build as the Magnatone 213_ Super rare version of the Magnatone model 213. Made in Torrance. CA. Works perfectly. Almost all original everything. The handle was shredded when I purchased the amp from the original accordian playing owner back in 1986. I put on a genuine leather period correct handle. The handle is still like new. Rather stiff and a tight fit. The 6V6 power tubes are the original ESTY brand from 1959. They sound great! Still powerful. The pitch shifting vibrato is magical. One 12ax7 tube looks to be a ARS(Antique Radio Service) tube from the 1980’s I put a vintage correct replacement floor slider on the amp back in 1986. It was missing one. Includes the original mahogany wood foot switch. Includes a 1960 vintage Magnatone vinyl amp cover. Amp cover has tight. Intact seams. Up for sale. A rare 1973 Fender Super Six in excellent condition and in perfect working order. This amp has been completely gone through by a qualified tech and features a fresh set of JJ power tubes, Spague Atom filter caps and the original two button footswitch. Essentially a Twin Reverb on steroids, this powerhouse tube amplifier features six original CTS 10" alnico speakers that deliver the punch and clean headroom of a Twin Reverb, while also driving a bit harder and sounding warmer thanks to the lower wattage speakers and alnico magnets. As an added bonus, the circuit has been"blackfaced" and the master volume control has been bypassed to give you the best in vintage Fender tone! As shown in the pictures. A sweet Gibson GA-8T Discoverer Tremolo Amp. Disclaimer- I am a harmonica player not an amp tech or gear head so everything stated is"to the best of my knowledge" Please see the pictures and do your own research. Please ask questions about specifics if you have them. The speaker code is 220201. Dating this amp or the speaker anyway to January 1962. I cannot comment on the power transformer as I cannot see the number and would have to remove the head from the cabinet to find it. The tolex is in very good condition with the tiniest of holes on the lower left foot( I tried to photo it) and slight separation of tolex from cabinet on bottom underside seam, both easily fixed. The panel is slightly pitted consistent with age but much bettter than is usually found on Gibson amps of this vintage. There are no other ... moremarks or burns. The handle appears to be original as does the emblem. The emblem is plastic which appears consistent with amps made during that time. And is very clean. The tone on this amp is totally Gibson. Undersated and jazzy. Typical Gibson tone but not enough power to play with a 4 piece amplified band. This amp would be great in trio, or if your band can play at moderate volume. Up for sale is my Mesa Boogie Quad Preamp. It is in great condition. And has served me well. I am selling it, since I have not been in a band for over 3 years now, and do not play live at all. I simply don't need a full rig anymore. The sound of the Quad is excellent- nothing like it- Channel 1 is based on the preamp of the Mesa Mark. II C and Channel 2, based on the preamp from the Mark III, with the tonal possibility of mixing channels together and applying a separate graphic EQ to each channel. Four channels are available- Rhythm 1 and Lead 1 + Rhythm 2 and Lead 2. Between those four channels the variety of tones you can achieve is huge. Works great for all different styles, from Santana to killer metal tones. This is a preamp that Metallica used in the'80s, live and on recordings. Tones from"And Justice for All" and"Master ... moreof Puppets" are definitely within your reach. I purchased this preamp used. From the Mesa Boogie Hollywood store, and it arrived inspected and certified in excellent condition by their techs. I am the second owner of this Quad, which I believe was made in 1986, as noted on the main circuit board. Additionally, the unit was inspected and serviced by Mesa Boogie's techs in 1990, as noted in writing inside the chassis. I have replaced the tubes that the Quad arrived with, due to their wear and tear with age(they were the original Mesa tubes) with high-gain, JJ" Slovak tubes purchased from eurotubes.com. Since replacing them, I have played the Quad little and they are in great condition with a good amount of life left. They still sound great and are fully functional, as I have verified. One issue that I recently encountered. While testing the preamp, is that the Reverb function has stopped functioning(at least partially) The reverb potentiometer functions fine and so does the preamp tube that serves as the reverb driver. I don't have a power cord for it but I've included a picture of what it looks like. it's really standard. output is 450 watts at 4 ohms impedance. 2 1/4" outputs in parallel to drive two 8 ohm cabs or just use 1 to drive a 4 ohm cab, or hell, drive 1 8 ohm cab but it won't be that loud. and there is of course the speakon connector or whatever it's called as well for all you high-tech modern folks out there. Like I said it's hardly used. maybe 5 or 6 times. works perfectly though! comes with footswitch. 67 Fender Pro Reverb Vintage Blackface Original 12T6 Speaker w/Footswitch
1967 Pro Reverb Works extremely well with no functional issue's. The amp is in very used condition. The tube rectifier has been modded to a solid state rectifier and was like that when i bought it. Its very simple and very inexpensive to change back. It was professionally done and make's the sound tighter without any of tube lag. Its rated at 40 watts but is actually closer to 50 watts and starts to break up smoothly at about 6. I dont really want to sell it but i figure it will probably got to someone who can use it more then me in the small home i live in. Its truly perfect for all gigs. Its like an AA763 Deluxe Reverb circuit with a more of a reasonable volume without breakup. Reasonably more headroom. You can get very warm full tube sounds at a very reasonable volume since its a 2x12. I recently replaced the power amp tubes with ... moregroove tubes, but the preamp tubes are all original tungsol. I also had the original 2 prong cord changed to a 3 prong ground, and do have the original tungsol power tubes from the 60's. They work fine but my tech recommended we change them out because they were old even though they tested out fine. I will include the original tungsol power tubes in the sale. The tremolo is amazing and the reverb works great. Comes with the original footswitch and original cord. Its smells fine and comes from a non smoking home. Functions extremely well with no functional issues. Cosmetically about a 7 of 10. This is an as- is sale. This item is very used and shows signs of wear. Its original footswitch, all original transformers and 95% original circuitry andtubes(although the power tubes are a more recent quad of JJ 6L6 and replacement JJ 12ax7 to replace an original one that had gone microphonic. I have had Casey do what repairs were necessary while I have owned it with an eye for keeping it as original as possible. I think in its life it has had filter caps. A flip switch and maybe a pot replaced but nothing major. The only improvement I had him do was installing a new grounded AC plug on it as the original was long gone when I got it anyway. He is a great repair person that I highly recommend for vintage amps if you live in the Twin Cities area! The amp is in average cosmetic condition and was a gigging amp for the previous owner. I have used it for a few live shows but mostly as a recording/home amp as it can do sounds nothing else can! Pure Fender power. Take a look at the photos for close ups of condition and you can see it has seen some use but was never abused. You can see some spots of wear and tear on the tolex and grill cloth but the amp came to me as you see it. None of this wear was mine! This has a stock Rare pair of ORIGINAL sylvania 6CA7/EL34's that came with and test as new. The number on the board says it is an actual DB-2 board which means that it is an original 6CA7 chassis and the numbers from the transformers make it a 1978.
