RETRO CURTAIN PANELS/FABRIC These three curtain panels are handmade and done very well. The clips are included to be used as cafe curtains. I believe the fabric is a heavy weight cotton and reminds me of fabric used during the 50's although I'm not sure they are that old. The colors.charcoal gray.Turquoise and mustard are fantastic and the green and bronze threads that run through the weave give it an extra kick. They are in great shape with the exception of 2 very small flaws(see photo) If you didn't want to use them as curtains they could be turned sideways and used for drapery panels or made into pillows or gathered skirts. This fun retro pair of kitchen drapes measures 69-3/4" x 40-1/2" They are pleated at the top and have 2" hems at the bottom. The fabric is a medium weight woven cotton blend I believe. I have washed them in cold water and line dried them. They are clean with no holes or tears. The fabric is in excellent condition. The colors are bright~no fading. One of them has a very small area of light brown stain at the bottom hem. See last photo. It's more like a faint discoloration. It's not easily seen. These two vintage Waverly fabric panels each measure 45" x 54" They also have hems on bottom and top~ 3-1/4" and 1-1/2" They are not lined. See photos. The fabric is nice with no fading or holes. There are a couple of small areas at the edge of hems where there is very slight discoloration on the edge. This is not easily seen but I am being very critical of condition. See photos for condition. There are some loose vertical threads on the top of each panel that I believe are from when the panel may have been pleated at one time. These threads can easily be removed. This lovely vintage gold pattern would be perfect for a window or for any other project that you can think of! The fabric is a cotton medium weight. Made from Waverly cotton upholstery fabric in the"Charleston Gardens" pattern. Features abundant flowers in pretty purples and blues on a bright white background. The dust ruffle base measures 40 inches wide and 83 inches long. It was cut and resewn in the middle as shown at one time to make it smaller. There is about 2-1/2 inches for a seam allowance. Which would allow it to be widen by another 4 inches, if needed. The ruffle drop measures approximately 16 inches. The curtain panels measure 32 inches wide and 77 inches long each. They are lined in white cotton. There is no rod pocket. But rather they were sewn to accomodate drapery rings with clips or you could use ... moredrapery hooks. Beautiful Vintage 4 panels Barkcloth drapes curtains fabric floral design 86"
Hi and thank you for visiting me at this auction site. Up for auction are 4 vintage barkcloth curtain or drapery panels. These are all in very nice condition. Fabric still strong, colors vibrant, pale yellow background with floral and leaf design in green, yellow red, pink and light brown. I found no holes, tears or stains on these panel. They measure each 18 1/2" wide by a long 86" All items I sell are from estate sale of auction. All items are in As is As found condition. Sale is final. So. These are 2 panels of linen fabric- perfect for drapery or light upholstery. They are vintage but unused. And whilst they are the same fabric, they are different sizes. They have the stamp along the selvedge border: 962 Toile Metis Fleur Bleue" It is possible that this fabric has been washed as it is rather'crinkly' So has not been ironed. It has plenty of sizing in it. So it is quite stiff. The fabric is linen metis. An ancient blend of linen and cotton. It is plain with 2 raw edges and 2 selvedges. Vtg Bambi Curtains Drapes Pleated Fabric 4 total 8 panels sewn Together
Pinch pleat style vintage Sears Bambi Disney curtains or drapes. There are 4 curtains. Each curtain appears to be 2 smaller panels sewn together for a total of 8 panels. They are folded in half in my photos. There are two sizes, two being longer, two being shorter. I measured one of each size and they are approx: The 2 longer ones: 47" across the top pleated side. 83" across the nonpleated bottom side, 62" tall The 2 shorter ones: 45" across the top pleated side. 86" across the nonpleated bottom side, 45" tall. If you wished to undo the stitching in the middle of each curtain. Assume each panel is half the width of the total! They are still pretty bright One of the shorter curtains has a hole near the bottom(to the right of the middle seam and a slit a little ways to the left) see photo. Each of the longer curtains ... morehas the side seam coming undone on one side and one has a small ink? stain on the side hem fold. The longer curtains still have the metal hanging"things" in the pleats. Wrinkled! Iron them when they arrive at their new home! actually. According to the Sears tag, you don't need to iron them if you tumble them dry! Most of these flaws. You wouldn't even notice in the folds when hanging. the edges can be rehemmed) There is a ton of material if you chose to remake them into something else! Vintage Uncut FINE Double Damask Linen Napkin Yardage fabric Panels Mums
This beautiful bright white high sheen linen damask is in 2 separate pieces. One measuring 110 by 26 inches and the other 54 by 26 inches. The pattern is difficult to photograph due to the high sheen and the fabric being heavily folded. It is a medallion of small and large cushion mums and their leaves within and around a ribbon medallion. The only flaw that I can see is a small paper tape mark 1 1/2 inches from the end of one piece. I'm sure that it would disappear with some treatment or laundering. Antique linen fabric pastoral country drape/curtain panels! Grandma Moses style!
Here are two very old and very lovely vintage unlined fabric panels! Each of the two measures 54" long and 17 3/4" wide. One side of each is narrowly hemmed and the other side is the original selvage edge. They have 2" rod pockets and bottom hems. The fabric is a crisp linen. Probably a cotton/linen blend. You can see the wonderful country scenes, old houses, barns, a man in a hay wagon being pulled by a horse. And I love the man fishing from the stone bridge! There is general overall fading, or perhaps just from being laundered years ago, and a few areas that show more fading than others, but still great colors and design! Gorgeous antique pinch pleated panels. 2 Total Here is there condition: These are old- not sure of their origin but seem to be handmade or what fabric is. It is a heavier fabric with some sheen to the background. The flower print on the fabric is a different texture. They had a musty smell due to their age and I had put them on gentle cycle in wash machine. That seemed to get the fabric/lining saggy all around. If you were to use them as drapes. They would need some mending as lining is now saggy. The fabric alone is wonderful so anyone could use it for any purpose. Approx. 54 inches length. They would also need some ironing. Sold as is.

Vintage Handmade BARKCLOTH Floor Curtains 6 Retro Fabric Panels Pastel Floral
Up for auction is a vintage set of 6 handmade barkcloth curtains recently acquired at a local tiki inspired estate. Has a great tropical pastel floral design and all are in good-great condition. Each panel measures a bit differently. They are as follows Length x Width along bottom x Width along top 66x38x23 65x37x23 62x37x22 62x36x25 62x36x22 61x36x20 A single panel is shown in the 1st photo, while all 6 panels are shown folded up in the 2nd photo. The difference in the sizes is because they are handmade and some of the pleats along the top edge are undone. All have pleated tops but some are undone or have loose threads, all are hemmed along the bottom, there are no major holes or tears(just a few small holes along the top and bottom edges which is shown in one of the photos) they all have some degree of soiling/water and or sun stains which ... moreI have not tried to remove(some examples are shown in the photos) but the stains are limited to the bottoms, and backsides and are not very large(see one of the largest stains in the last photo) This set was hanging in a home when rescued so I have no other history i.e. exact age. I tried to show their construction as best as possible with the 12 photo limit and some examples of the stains. Lastly, they do have a musty smell as they are being sold as found and unwashed. They are grey in color. There are 2 sizes. The large ones measure 48"x48" and are light grey. There are 19 of them. The smaller ones are dark grey. Measure 18" tall and 48" wide and there are 34 of them. All the brackets to mount them on the wall are included. I don't know the exact brand of these but based on other brands. Vintage mid century atomic cotton barkcloth fabric fine huge drapery panels!
Here are a pair of gorgeous unlined vintage barkcloth drape or curtain panels! Only one panel shown. But this listing is for two identical panels! Each of the two measures 46 1/2" wide and 55" long, with 2" rod pockets. They have narrow side hems; actually the side hem is the selvage edge folded over by about 1/2" and stitched in place, and narrow bottom hems. Hard to get a great exact photo of the background color, which is that vintage sort of flat brown, not as'red' as some of my photos show. Color is most like the brown in the first two photos I'd say. The accept colors are fabulous, chartreuse and salmon with red/rust, brown, black, white! Great colors, design and attention to detail! I forgot to get a photo of the selvage which reads, All-Set All Vat Colors Preshrunk' and then all the small print ... moreabout shrinkage that's typical of mid century barkcloth fabric of this great quality! DRAPERY PANELS FABRIC 70S 80S KITCHEN ITEMS ROOSTER FRUIT ORANGE BEIGE GREEN
There are EIGHT matching drapery panels in this item from the 1970s/1980s. All panels are lined except for the TWO 32" long by 21 1/2" wide panels that have a pocket on the top for gathering along a round drapery rod. All panels consist of one piece of material with no seams within except for the TWO 52" long by 67" wide panels each of which have a seam within. These two panels also have a self pleating strip across the top requiring pronged drapery hooks. The last FOUR panels are all 39 1/2" long by 44" wide. These also have a strip across the top for self pleating and require pronged drapery hooks. All material is in really good condition. We saw no holes. Tears, stains or repairs although they probably should be cleaned as they have been hanging around for a while.
