For bid is this used Beaver No.2 Pipe Threader w/ Dies 3/4" 2=1/2" 3/8" 1/4" for plumbing pipe. I do not know about this but will try and describe. This was in a old wood plumbers box in the old barn. The pipe threader head is marked as you see in picture 3. Beaver No.2. It is in good condition and buy pulling the thumb knob out you can remove the dies or turn it to one notch and the dies will trun one way, turn it to the other notch and the dies will turn the other way. The handle is removable and good condition but does have a small rust spot on it as you see in picture 5. The Beaver die that is in the head is the 3/4" and i see chipped cutting teeth. There is 2 Beaver, 1/2" dies that the teeth look good but there is 2 so maybe something wrong with one that i can not see. The 3/8" beaver die looks to have ... moregood cutting teeth and the 1/4" is a Toledo Pipe die that does fit and work in the Beaver head and the teeth look good except fot the top tooth in the#3 cutter is chipped. This Toledo Pipe Threader Works Great. It ratchets fine. The receding threading is good and all parts are working(None are seized) Your are looking at this item as the Threader& the Die Holder Please ignore the dies in the holder. As the#1 is missing NOTE- These dies are available on line in many sizes. Curtis-Toledo has some(see below) eBay has many from time-to-time. I was told that some Rigid dies fit with shims. I looked at#111-R& 00. I suppose 111-R would work. But 80 is way too small. I was also told lots of Beaver dies are direct fit. It Comes With A Toledo Die Head There are 1-1/4 dies in the head. But the#1 die is missing.
