I have been collecting and taking apart and repairing what used to the common leaded COLORED GLASS windows that were imported from England. I will be auctioning off remnants and sections saved from the“scrapped windows” I used for repairs. A lot of OLD GLASS left over in various sizes. Karim Rashid Omni Sofa in pink ultrasuede - 2 sections
I'm selling these two sections of my favorite sofa ever- the Karim Rashid Omni Sofa. They're both in excellent condition. Ultrasuede is very easy to clean so. They basically both look new. The only flaw is that on one of them. There is about a 2" long, thin slice in the fabric on the reverse side of the sofa. Since that side faced the wall in my place. I never seamed it up, but it would be easy to do so if you wanted it to be even less noticable than it already is. Huge 26x16 Goldfeder Meat Carving/Serving Tray w/3 Sections, 2 Covered ~ c 1932
Elegant Silverplated Goldfeder Large Meat Carving& Serving Tray c. 1932 Magnificent Goldfeder Meat Serving Tray in Excellent Vintage Condition. Minimal surface scratches! There are just a couple tiny areas of discoloration and one small area of plate wear-very minor. See last photo) This lovely Serving Tray has 3 sections. The center with elegantly designed meat wells, with 2 long rectangular recesses on either side, with covers that have removable handles for storage. Ornately chased with an ornate pattern punctuated with shell-like designs. The tray is ornately footed as well. This would be a wonderful piece for entertaining and the meat could be carved in the center and the slices could than be stored and covered on either side, to keep warm and the covers removed for serving. You could also use the covered side sections for vegetables, ... moreor the lid handles could be removed altogether, the lids then inverted for additional serving purposes! A very useful and versatile serving tray! This stunning piece was made by the Goldfeder Silver of Yalesville. CT, established in 1932-as manufactures of silverplated hollowares. Goldfeder was then succeeded by the Birmingham Silver Co. This pieces is marked with a crown followed by"SGEP" The marking date this piece between 1932-1947. The tray dimensions are 26 1/2 inches from handle to handle(20 1/2 not including handles) and 16 inches wide! This wonderful Meat Tray is not only large, but also very heavy, it weighs over 10 lbs! A very substantial, well crafted piece! I believe this piece to be silverplate on copper, but markings denoting the copper base metal did not start until 1847, so I am not 100% on this. There are a few of these trays around but have yet to see another like this on any site that are complete and have the handled lids intact. The covers frequently become separated from the tray over the years. As they are passed down or sold. It's in bright orange with two sections and a bright brass handle still securely attached. It measures 11" long by 6" wide at the bowls and about 2" tall. I would say it would hold over a cup of something in each side. It's marked on the bottom of one side with a"40" and USA and the other side CALIF. It's in excellent condition. The metal is bright and solid, and there is just a touch of very light crazing in the glaze which of course is expected at this age. I have a orange speckled large pottery bowl up for sale too and that full of chips and this snack bowl with a couple kinds of dip or salsa would be very nice together-especially in a retro decorated space! Butt and center sections are structurally sound, marked on shafts(see picture No.3) have Eagle Claw trademark"badges" on fore-grips, and embossed logos on butt caps. The only differences between the two rods is that one has copper metallic underwraps(the other has gold metallic) with code A9A and fly line spec(7-wgt. on shaft while the gold metallic one has A0K and spinning lure and line specs. I'm not sure if the bag is original to the set up but none the less a great idea to keep the reel clean and out of harms way. These have one end thinner, or narrower than the other, and takes the pins to attach to the tracks. I honestly don't think it would affect due to you will be adding tracks on both ends, and as I've said, it's not that bad but wanted you to know about it.
