Vintage Pillow Cover- UNITED STATES NAVAL AIR STATION- BANANA RIVER FLA. This pillow cover has shielded wings at the top. A duck with pilot helmet and goggles, palm trees, and stars around the border. It has navy blue fringe with red trim. There are a couple of stains on the back but due to the age and condition, we did not want to risk trying to clean it. Some of the paint on the blue circle appears to be peeling off. We'd really love for this to be in the hands of someone who will appreciate this item. It was found in my grandmother's estate but not sure if it came from my grandfather or my step grandfather who both served in WWII. There are no labels or manufacturer markings on this item. It is 17" square plus 1 1/2" fringe around it.
