Lintern, Mentor, OH 2 Red Signal Plant Traffic Light - Metal - Glass Door #2
This is the 2nd one of these I have listed on ebay right now. This item was made by the Lintern Company from Mentor. OH. I believe it is a Plant Signal Light- Green Metal Case with a Clear Glass Door on one side with a hinge that opens. Inside has a place for 2 light bulbs and a grounding knob in the center. No wires are presently connected. There are 2 red lens which I believe are glass, but could not really tell for sure. The Metal Case measures 14" X 5 3/4" X 5 1/4" The red lens are approx. 3 3/4" across. Not sure if it works, appears to be in good condition. Very heavy 9 lbs.

Up for grabs is a vintage Econolite'bullseye' design traffic signal housing. This was recently pulled from an intersection in Seattle and acquired through Seattle DOT. This is for the rear portion of the housing. The door that normally would be attached had shattered and was removed for safety as it had extremely sharp edges. This will make a perfect parts head for someone looking to replace a broken Econolite signal housing. Or if you're looking for that perfect piece of Americana to put on your wall. This is a fairly weathered signal head section as it dates to the late 1970s. And has lots of patina to it.
