Up for auction is an absolutely near perfect condition 1990 Charvel Classic Series 275 Deluxe body. Neck plate, gasket, electronics cover and tremolo posts. This Charvel 275 Deluxe basswood body was made at the Chushin Gakki factory in Japan. It is routed for three single coil pick-ups. But could be modified for a single with a slanted humbucker configuration. It has an angled heel at the neck joint for easy access to higher frets; as shown in picture#5. There are no chips. Belt buckle rash or scratches on it anywhere. It has two very minor dings so small they don’t photograph at all. The blue paint finish looks a mile deep and is spectacular in person. MARZOCCHI Z3 QR20 BOMBER 26" SUSPENSION FORK V BRAKE 100MM, NEEDS BRAKE POSTS
Marzocchi Z3 QR20 fork. For 26" wheel, and for use with V-brakes or cantilevers. This fork is missing the screw-in cantilever brake posts. It has a replaceable crown/steerer tube with an allow 1-1/8" steerer tube that is about 166mm long. The action of this fork throughout its travel is absolutely perfect; it feels great! There is a scratch on the back of one of the stanchions(see the last picture) but it is very light. You can barely feel it with your fingernail. The seals did not appear to be leaking. Advertised travel is 100mm, and stanchions are 30mm. This is a bit of a rare fork. That was way before it's time! Check out the 20mm axle dropouts! This for was made in Italy in 1999, by Marzocchi, when they were making sweet, over-engineered forks. Take a look at the machine work on the brake bridge! This is, after all, the ... moresame company that makes forks for many Ducati bikes, and of course the legendary MV Agusta Brutale 750. You can still find a manual for this fork in the"MTB" section of Marzocchi's website under"Tech Area" then"Owners Manuals" then type in"Z3 QR20" mark"Forks" and mark"1999" as the year. See page 11 of the manual for more info on the front QR. You can also use a bolt in 20mm thru axle. Anyhow. This is a fork that is in great mechanical shape except for missing the cantilever posts. The threads for the posts are fine, but I had to use the posts on another fork. You might even still be able to order the posts from Marzocchi; they also have contact information(for whatever part of the world you might be in) on their website. Just a quick internet search found that the brake posts and axles(bolt on 20mm and also the QR20 Q/R-skewer axle) are all readily available elsewhere. Joyride Cycles in Boise Idaho was a good resource that popped up pretty quickly on Google. This would make a great fork for a restoration. Or just to ride! Tapered and fluted front legs, an H cross-stretcher, and solid mahogany top that has been re-sprayed in our cabinet shop to remove the nicks and dings and to renew the gorgeous grains in the mahogany used. The top is a fluted column ending in a flame finial top, with the original brass threaded rods that hold the molded swivel frame in place, so the mirror can be adjusted up and down. Antique Ferrant Electric Model 190604 Volt Meter in Wooden Case W/ Binding Posts This is a very nice old Ferranti Voltmeter in an oak wooden case. This is a precision lab meter with extremely tight tolerances. Has 150. 300 and 750 volt ranges via bakelite binding posts. Has a mirrored meter face for accuracy when viewing at an angle. Has had the paper meter face covering cut to reveal mirror. Wooden case has some scratches and all brass hardware(feet, screws, etc. is attached except for the knob to hold the case closed is missing. The lid will still stay closed as it is. This is a beauty of a meter and looks great with the large meter face and the beautiful wooden case. This item was new around the turn of the century to about 1915. Vintage Gibson Bridge and Tail Piece w/ Posts for SG, Les Paul, ES-335
Up for auction is a set of vintage 1970's chrome bridge and tailpiece set for a vintage Gibson guitar. These were pulled from a late 1970's Gibson SG. But should fit most Gibson guitars from this time period as well(SG, Les Paul, ES-335, etc. Both the bridge and tailpiece have some natural wear& tear and pitting, but both are fully functional. This style of bridge is often referred to as a"harmonica" style bridge due to its appearance. It is stamped"Made in Germany" on the back, so I'm thinking that it is probably a Schaller bridge which was most commonly found on some Gibsons in the 1970's. All 6 saddles are original on the bridge as well. The tailpiece doesn't have any markings that I could see which isn't uncommon. Also included are the correct posts for both the bridge and tailpiece which ... morealso have some natural wear and tear as well.
