There is only one minor issue with this rig that can easily be resolved if you are handy with these things and have the ability to do so. The volume control just needs attention and it might just need to be sprayed with a contact cleaner or worse case scenario it might need to be replaced. Probably no big deal for someone who has a little experience. There is no sound when you first begin turning up the volume and then it comes on loud when the volume is turned up to about 3/4. That is the one and only issue with this radio and everything else including all functions and operating performance is working great. The TM-2550A is a highly efficient 2 meter transceiver that has many very cool features that will enhance your enjoyment of ham radio. Selectable RF power output of 5 watts low/ 50 watts high. Automatic repeater offsets, Large illuminated display, Memory channels, Scanning modes, VFO/ Direct keypad, Signal strength/ RF meter, and much more. This particular model is known and praised for its incredible highly sensitive receiver which is a huge benifit for pulling in weak signals and DXing. Pictured here at auction is the Katsumi EK-127 Ele-Key Electronic CW Keyer. I have tested it and it works as designed. There are some minor scratches on the cabinet paint and on the face. It is designed to operate in semi-automatic mode or fully automatic. It has a built in side-tone that can be switched off and on. Granted. It is not a well-known name, but it works terrifically. You will need to provide your own keyer. No manual or schematic is included.

MFJ-407B HAM RADIO MORSE CODE ELECTRONIC KEYER This is a good tested unit. Tested to this extent: Replaced internal 9v battery and checked unit for power up. Connected paddles and checked keying using unit's built in sidetone speaker. Works fine. Volume. Tone, and speed keys work. Did not check weight control. I connected the regular output(there is also grid block output) to my MFJ-9040 QRP transmitter. The keyer properly keyed the transmitter as measured by the 9040's own sidetone and transmit output light. I have not checked any other configuration. Although this unit is tested and appears to be in working condition. As with all electronics it is sold as is, as seen, as shown. No returns. This auction is for the MFJ-407b unit only. No keys. Paddles, cables, or other accessories are included. My MFJ-9040 transmitter, mentioned above ... moreis NOT included. You are bidding on the keyer only. It will operate fine with the internal 9v battery(new one installed and included) There is an external power supply available. But I don't have it and it is obviously not included. Keyer case in good shape except for scratches on the top as shown in photo. I ship internationally via eBay's international shipping service which will invoice international sellers. MFJ Electronic w Bencher Code Keyer Key Paddle Morse Code for ham amateur radio
A used vintage Bencher code keyer with a used MFJ Electronic Keyer Paddle Model MFJ-422. It has not been tested. The working condition is not known. Selling"as is" There is no power cord and no battery is included. Overall it looks nice. There are areas where the black paint on the Bencher is bubbling up and flaking off and some other areas with scratches. The white lettering on the MFJ has small spots where the white coloring has come off and some of the black paint has come off. The battery clamp and a nut that belongs with it is loose.
