There are scratches and corrosion but it is very usable and as far as I can see it is complete and everything works. I purchased it used many years ago and used it only once or twice. It does not appear to have had much use if any. It all seems to fit together well and the nice knobs make adjusting easy. I mounted the little postcard to get a feel how it worked. Woks very nicely(to me) One of the mounting arms is spring loaded so it makes a nice way to hold a PC board. The negative I found is the rubber pad on the base is not any good. It is dried out and will not hold a vacuum. I looked on the internet and found Panavise does sell a replacement rubber pad as well as other ways to mount the vise.
