It looks to be in good cosmetic condition, showing some minor signs of wear. It powers up, and the fan comes on, and the power lights illuminate. However, this is the extent of my testing of it, and it is being sold as-is. One end of the cable has been a little bent; it still mates to the opposite connector just fine, but it is missing the screws for securing it in place.
