Hardware is chrome plated brass. Hinges are labeled Grand Rapids Brass. These have seen some use. But are far from worn out. Finishes have some lesser pitting. Bits of paint and the occasional scrape mark. They could buff up much brighter than they are now. Mounting gaskets look to be heavy paper. So more could be made up if desired. I've had these knocking around for 25 years, thinking I'd use them on some piece of workshop furniture. Plans have shifted. So time to move on. Hinge in mounted position is 5-1/2"l x 3"w. Vintage Kason Walk In Cooler Freezer Locking Door Handle & Latch
Here is a very old Kason walk in cooler handle and latch. Model 56. KASON HDWE out of Brooklyn. This came from an old walk in wooden cooler. Wood sides on the inside and outside. So it was pretty old but still working. The handle works I took it off the cooler. Two of the screws are stuck in the holes. I do not have the screws for the other holes. Has cracks on the back plate as shown but I do not think this affects the use of the handle. See the pictures as these are the best description of the item. As you can see it is in found condition. Needs cleanup has crud. Paint and whos knows what is on it. High bidder gets it. USA shipping only. Thanks.
