Centrifugal Drive Clutch tapered shaft (Used)
Have a centrifugal drive clutch that was removed from a 400cc JLO 2 stroke motor. Motor had been removed from a six wheeler during restoration. Due to the fact the motor had mechanical failure, i removed the clutch and other working parts from it. The parts and clutch were not interchangeable with the new motor so i have no need for it anymore. It is still it great working condition. The JLO motor had a tapered shaft, so this clutch with only work with motors with a tapered shaft. the id of the clutch is 1.125 inches(1 1/8" at the start of the taper. Up for grabs is a wonderful local estate sale find. Please see photos for exact condition-pictures say a 1000 words. This is an old Shell Oil Company wooden crate that was used to hold 6 one gallon cans of'wet clutch oil' The box is very sturdy and solid. Even with the close up photos of the box, showing some surface damage. The box measures approx. 14' across and is 8 3/4' deep on the inside and 9 1/8 deep when measuring on the outside(due to a thick piece of wood on the bottom of the box) The Shell Emblem'Logo' is stamped on the crate and you can feel the groves on it and for the 6-One Gal. Cans. One side(the lead photo) is in really good shape. The other side unfortunately has some non-factory stamp marks on it(see pictures) where someone used it as a media to stamp imprinted marks on it. I recently replaced two Spinlock XTS dual rope clutches with XTS Tripple clutches because I brought some additional lines into the cockpit.
