At one time this banner measured a true 4' X 8' with pipe pockets top and bottom. Unfortunately when they were taken down, someone cut the pockets to remove the pipes rather than feed them out. The top and bottom were trimmed to accommodate for these slices. As a result, the length may vary slightly by a couple of inches however it will be no less than 90" The material is strong enough to handle grommets if you want to put them in or you can easily use a heavy duty tape to create a pipe pocket.There may be a few minor scuffs that can be carefully cleaned off, we did not attempt to, as we did not want to risk the integrity of the banner.
