There are several sites that talk about mods to use this on 2 meters ham/ amateur radio. Combination number is NPH20 and end of FCC id is MVSH3B. Please research this. Here we have a used under dash mounting bracket. This were originally from two-way radio control heads. It could be adapted for use with many under dash units including CB radios and scanners. This is made out of plastic. The inside diameter is 6 and 1/2 inches Wide X 2 inches Deep. There is no hardware or mounting screws included. N-scale Spectrum engine Santa Fe GE Dash 8-40CW
This is a Spectrum Bachmann engine. It is in very good condition. I don't want to sell this engine but I am in need of money for school. I just replaced the hitches on it a week or 2 ago to work with my trainset and I don't know where the knuckle style couplers went so I will leave these Rapido couplers on it as most people use these type anyways.in case you dont know the difference. The ones on it now are the ones that are squarish with 1 side open to hook onto. The engine is a BNSF engine and looks really nice. Almost as nice as it runs. It runs semi slow. But very strong, which is more common among Spectrum. I believe it has directional lighting, which means when it goes forward, the headlights are on and in reverse, the lights on the back come on. N-scale Spectrum BNSF GE-Dash 9-40CW engine
This is a Spectrum engine. By Bachmann. It is a very good little engine and has always run very strong for me. I took the front hitch off and replaced it with what Bachmann called a spacer or something like that. Basically it is a hitch that is stubbed off to make room for the plow. The plow is on this engine as well as the hoses that hang through the slots in it. It also has the windhshield wipers and little lights on the top of the"hood" as well as the ice breakers. On top of all of the details it has the railings under the front and rear decks. I put a lot of work into this engine and hate to let it go but I need money for school which is more important so I must get rid of it. The engine runs very smooth but is not super fast. Please. Carefully read entire listing before bidding. This listing is for a MTH Premier O-Scale Amtrak GE Dash-8 diesel engine road# 502. Item 20-2171-1 with ProtoSound 1& ProtoSmoke. The engine is in excellent shape. I tested the engine and it runs fine in both directions, the smoke unit works fine and there is an engineer figure. The engine has 2 motors with flywheels, directional constant voltage headlights and all metal gears. The body is sturdy plastic with metal handrails on a metal frame with die-cast trucks and operating couplers. There is very little dust, almost no scratches and it requires O-31 curves. The engine comes in it's original box with instructions. You get the item pictured so please look closely and ask any questions before bidding. This is a nice item.
