The unit works well as can be seen with the use of my finger as an example. I am not sure as to how to set the highs and lows but I did manage to set the low pulse and the alarm works properly. You just have to know how to set the highs and lows. I spent about $550.00 on this unit. Shipping will cost me up to $20.00.
